Job summary

Randstad UK is seeking an On-Site Operations Guru to be the backbone of our client site in Peterborough, delivering seamless worker and client engagement from day one onward. You will split time between face-to-face stakeholder meetings and keeping back-office systems accurate and up-to-date, ensuring a positive, well-organised experience for every worker and client on site.

You will onboard new starters and manage end-to-end lifecycle tasks while maintaining data integrity and reporting

Qualifications

• You are strong in administration with high attention to detail and data management.
• You excel at stakeholder engagement and organising workflows.
• You adapt quickly to new software and processes, with a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary face of the service for workers and clients, managing daily engagement and hosting meetings.
• Onboard new starters, ensuring a strong start in their new role through regular check-ins.
• Maintain 100% accurate live data across systems and databases.
