Adecco is seeking an Advanced Operations Coordinator to work onsite, coordinating maintenance activities and managing records to support operational excellence on a major project. You will raise, schedule, and track maintenance tasks using SAP, ensuring accurate data for billing and inventory, while keeping service costs controlled.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication skills across multiple teams.
• Good Microsoft Excel and general computer skills.
• Experience in planning, scheduling, or maintenance administration.

Responsabilités

• Provide administrative support for operations, including technical and commercial record management.
• Maintain separation of service and warranty-related costs per customer contracts.
• Raise, schedule, and allocate planned and reactive maintenance using SAP systems.
• Develop daily/weekly maintenance plans to optimise field resources and CTV utilisation.
• Verify information in SAP (Spiridon) and manage labour/parts data for billing and inventory.
