Atlas NextWave is seeking a diligent administrator to manage wind farm site activities, including planning, scheduling and cost control within SAP. You will raise maintenance tasks, generate daily/weekly site plans and ensure all records, timesheets and parts data support accurate billing and replenishment.

The role requires coordinating HSE documentation in line with UK legislation and maintaining a complete service history.

Qualifications

• Meticulous administration of wind farm site activities.
• Raise, schedule and allocate planned and unplanned maintenance activities via SAP.
• Create daily and weekly site plans, ensuring maintenance activities remain on schedule and supporting efficient CTV deployment.
• Control and technical verification within the SAP system, including collation of timesheets and parts consumption data for billing and replenishment.
• Ensure maintenance and troubleshooting activities align with business objectives and customer requirements.
• Coordinate the preparation and provision of HSE documentation, ensuring compliance with UK legislation.
• Maintain accurate records, reporting and documentation archives to support a complete service and maintenance history.
