Job summary

Southern Housing is seeking an experienced New Homes Sales Executive for our flagship residential development in Moulsecoomb, Brighton. This 18-month fixed term contract offers an onsite, full-time role with a structured pattern.

You will deliver a first-class buyer journey from enquiry to completion, conduct viewings, and guide purchasers through the process while building strong relationships with buyers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Background in new homes sales or estate agency sales on site.
• Knowledge of intermediate sales tenures including shared ownership.
• Confident, personable and target-driven.
• Strong negotiation, communication and organisational skills.
• Professional, customer-focused and team player.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a first-class customer experience from enquiry to completion.
• Conduct viewings and guide purchasers through buying process.
• Build and maintain relationships with buyers, stakeholders and colleagues.
• Achieve personal and team sales targets.
• Manage sales administration and CRM records.
• Liaise with solicitors, agents and mortgage brokers to progress sales.
