Job summary

Wipro Limited is seeking an onsite IT Desktop Support practitioner in London to provide comprehensive end-user support. This role requires strong customer service orientation, robust technical knowledge, and the ability to manage incidents and requests across a diverse user base.

You will install and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals, while coordinating with multiple teams and vendors to resolve issues within SLAs. A proactive, compliant, service-focused mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Provide onsite and remote technical support to end users.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and application issues.
• Resolve incidents within agreed SLA timelines.
• Handle service requests such as device setup, software installation, and user onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and deploy desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Perform preventive maintenance and health checks.
• Upgrade and replace faulty hardware components.
• Maintain accurate asset records and lifecycle.
• Coordinate with Service Desk, Infrastructure, Network, and App teams.
• Escalate unresolved issues to higher support levels.
• Follow security policies and ensure device compliance.
