Job summary

Wipro Limited is seeking an on-site EUC/Desktop Support Engineer in London to provide end-user computing support at client locations. You will handle VIP user issues, perform diagnostics, and manage incidents through ITSM with strong collaboration with field teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows 11 desktops and laptops.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Office).
• Working knowledge of Active Directory / Entra ID for user accounts and access issues.
• Expertise with Intune/Endpoint Manager for device compliance and Autopilot.
• Experience troubleshooting VPN, MFA and network connectivity (LAN/Wi‑Fi).
• Printer and scanner support onsite and peripheral troubleshooting.
• Strong communication and customer service, including VIP users.
• Understanding of ITIL-based incident and service request management.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site EUC/desktop support at client locations.
• Deliver field-based desktop support to end users, including VIP stakeholders.
• Log, categorize and validate incidents and service requests in the ITSM tool.
• Perform first-line and second-line EUC troubleshooting to maximise first-time-fix rates.
• Route tickets to appropriate resolver groups and escalate per SLAs.
• Participate in onsite meetings with Wipro Field Services Lead and IT drills.
• Maintain clear documentation, ticket updates, and handovers.
