Job summary

Totum Partners in London is seeking an experienced IT Support Technician for a fully onsite role (Mon-Fri, 9-5). You will handle incidents, diagnose issues, and provide remote and on-site support for end users across the organisation.

The role covers hardware, software, and core business applications such as Windows 10/11, Intune, M365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook), Azure AD/Entra ID and Exchange Online, plus asset management and patching. Apply ITIL practices to sustain service levels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a 1st/2nd line IT support role.
• Experience supporting Win 10/11, Intune, M365, Azure AD/Entra ID and Exchange Online.
• Understanding of ITIL principles and service management practices.

This is a fully-onsite role (5 days). No shifts, Mon-Fri 9-5pm.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Provide remote and on-site support for end users across the organisation.
• Support core business applications, operating systems, and peripherals.
• Configure and install hardware such as laptops, printers, and other devices.
• Perform software installations, updates, and patch management.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
• Assist in monitoring system performance and network connectivity.

Skills Required

• Previous experience in a 1st/2nd line support role, ideally 5 years+
• Experience supporting - Win 10/11, Intune, M365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook), Azure AD/Entra ID and Exchange Online.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware issues, PC Builds and Asset management.
• Understanding of ITIL principles and service management practices
