You will configure laptops, manage user accounts, support onboarding and offboarding, and help maintain security and software updates across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Windows laptops and Microsoft 365.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Knowledge of user account administration and permissions.
• Basic understanding of networking and printers.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to explain technical issues clearly.

Responsibilities

• Set up and configure laptops, monitors, docking stations, keyboards, and other IT equipment for staff.
• Configure and deploy mobile phones and other devices used by employees.
• Install operating systems, Microsoft 365 applications, and required business software.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware faults or arrange repairs where required.
• Maintain office printers and troubleshoot printing issues.
• Configure network printers and manage staff access to shared printers.
• Create, modify, and remove user accounts across Microsoft 365 and internal systems.
• Assign appropriate system permissions and access rights in line with company policies.
• Manage password resets and account access issues.
• Prepare laptops, user accounts, and system access for new starters before their first day.
• Recover equipment and disable accounts for leavers.
• Provide first-line IT support to staff experiencing technical issues.
• Diagnose and resolve problems related to laptops, monitors, printers, and connectivity.
• Assist with IT system rollouts, device upgrades, and security policies.
• Maintain documentation of IT systems and procedures.
