MOURI TECH PTE. LTD. in Penarth, Wales, seeks an Onsite Support Consultant to provide hands-on IT support with emphasis on Microsoft products, Cisco collaboration tools, and HP printers and computers. The role is based on site with a focus on incident handling and documentation.

You will manage incidents per SLA, assist with setting up remote collaboration tools, and help troubleshoot across teams. Strong communication is essential.

Formación

• Degree or diploma in IT or equivalent.
• 3–4 years of hands-on IT support experience.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft products, Cisco collaboration tools, HP copier and computers.
• Experience with ticketing tools.
• Experience creating, understanding and following technical documentation, routines and processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Handle incidents and requests defined as per processes and SLA.
• Support & assist with setting up remote collaboration tools/systems.
• Support other teams in troubleshooting issues.
• Create, understand, and follow technical documentation, routines and processes.
