Job summary

Savaria UK in the West Midlands is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join our onsite team in Kingswinford. You will deliver hands-on IT support, resolve hardware and software issues, and keep workplace technology running smoothly for local staff.

With strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Intune, you will work closely with the Service Desk and wider IT function to ensure quick resolution and high levels of customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous IT Support Engineer or desktop support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with Active Directory / Entra ID and Intune.
• Familiarity with networking fundamentals and IT security basics.
• Experience using ITSM/ticketing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onsite IT support to employees across the business.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and systems.
• Manage user accounts, devices, and peripherals.
• Support Windows environments, Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Intune.
• Escalate incidents requiring onsite intervention or advanced troubleshooting.
• Assist with IT projects, rollouts and asset documentation.
