Job summary

Northwood is seeking an IT Support Engineer to deliver high-quality IT services across our UK sites. The role is fully onsite with occasional travel, focusing on second-line support, hardware troubleshooting, and cloud coordination for Azure AD and Microsoft 365.

You will help maintain and improve IT infrastructure, support production, logistics and office teams, and participate in digital transformation initiatives and multi-site projects.

Qualifications

• Windows 11 configuration and troubleshooting
• Cloud environments: Azure AD and M365 administration
• Cybersecurity basics: MFA, phishing prevention, access control
• Advanced networking: LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, DHCP, DNS, VPN

Responsibilities

• Provide second-line to employees across UK sites
• Assist with troubleshooting hardware on Windows devices
• Support Office 365 apps: Teams, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive
• Maintain on-site and cloud services (Azure AD, Exchange, SharePoint)
• Aid onboarding/offboarding: account creation and device config
• Manage devices, security policies, updates, and app deployment
• Contribute to IT asset management and licensing updates
• Support IT improvements and cloud migration initiatives
• Collaborate with IT team on multi-site projects
