Job summary

Apex Recruitment is seeking an IT Support Engineer in Leamington Spa to deliver hands-on 1st and 2nd line IT support for office and manufacturing environments. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, while supporting Microsoft 365, Windows 11, Active Directory, and Cisco networking in a fully onsite role.

You will configure desktops, laptops, and mobile devices, assist with endpoint security, backups, and system monitoring, and maintain documentation.

Qualifications

• 1st and 2nd line IT support experience.
• Experience with Windows 11 and Microsoft 365.
• Knowledge of DNS/DHCP/TCP/IP networking.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to office and manufacturing users.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Support Microsoft 365, Windows 11, and Active Directory.
• Configure and deploy desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Support Cisco networking, VPNs, and wireless connectivity.
• Assist with endpoint security, backups, and system monitoring.
• Maintain technical documentation and support IT improvement projects.
• Deliver excellent customer service while managing multiple support requests.
• This is a fully onsite position based in Leamington Spa. Occasional travel to other UK sites will be required, therefore a Full UK Driving Licence is essential.
