Job summary

Mowi is seeking an IT Support Engineer to provide 1st/2nd line support across its office, warehouse and factory environments. You will work with production, engineering, logistics and global IT teams to keep systems running smoothly.

The role covers Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, AD/Entra ID, Intune and network troubleshooting, with a focus on shop-floor technology and ERP systems. On-site work is required at Rosyth, UK.

Qualifications

• Provide 1st/2nd line IT support across office, warehouse and factory environments.
• Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID and Intune‑managed devices.
• Maintain and troubleshoot factory technology—printers, scanners, barcode devices and shop-floor systems.
• Troubleshoot Windows Server, file/print services, networking and backups.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure and support desktops, laptops, mobiles and peripherals.
• Manage user accounts, access and IT assets throughout lifecycle.
• Record incidents, requests and changes using the ticketing system.
• Participate in site upgrade projects with global IT teams.
• Provide day-to-day support for ERP and warehouse systems.
