Job summary

Savaria Corporation is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join our Kingswinford team. This on-site, full-time role involves delivering high-quality IT support to local employees and ensuring smooth operation of workplace technology.

You will diagnose hardware, software and connectivity issues, manage user accounts, and support Windows, M365, Entra ID and Intune in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows operating systems and end-user support.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 administration and licensing.
• Knowledge of Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID and Azure AD.
• Strong networking fundamentals (LAN/Wi‑Fi, TCP/IP, DNS).
• Familiarity with ITSM ticketing platforms and incident handling.
• Experience deploying and supporting devices with Microsoft Intune.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite IT support to employees across the business.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Install, configure, maintain, and repair IT equipment and systems.
• Set up and manage computers, devices, peripherals and user accounts.
• Support Windows environments, M365, Entra ID, AD and Intune.
• Escalate incidents requiring onsite intervention or advanced troubleshooting.
