Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an on-site IT support specialist in Knowsley to act as the first point of contact for customers and to resolve incidents with a focus on service excellence. You will work with the IT and client teams, perform knowledge-base updates, and ensure accurate hardware management in CMDB/AD.

The role requires strong communication, ability to manage multiple tasks calmly, and familiarity with Windows 10/11, M365, and basic networking.
