Qualifications

• Experience providing desktop or IT support in a corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent customer service and clear communication with non-technical users.
• Familiarity with MECM/Configuration Manager for imaging and deployment.
• Exposure to ITIL-based service management environment.

Responsibilities

• Configure, image, build, and deploy desktop and laptop equipment per standards.
• Deliver, install, and maintain desktop hardware for end users.
• Provide first-line desktop support to office-based and remote employees.
• Assist with office moves and workstation setup.
• Support incident management and escalate as needed.
• Support corporate mobile devices and MFA.
• Maintain meeting room technology and AV equipment.
• Support KBR applications and Microsoft Teams.
• Manage hardware lifecycle: deployment, collection, disposal, inventory.
• Ensure work adheres to IT policies and security requirements.
• Build strong relationships and provide IT guidance.
• Adhere to Health & Safety while handling equipment.
