Job summary

KBR, Inc. is seeking a proactive IT Desktop Support Technician to join the Tidworth IT team. The role covers end-user device support, imaging, deployment, and mobile device management for both office and remote users.

You will support meeting room technology, MFA, and corporate apps, while adhering to IT policies and security requirements. Based onsite in Tidworth, you will engage across a broad set of technologies and work with colleagues to deliver reliable, secure IT services to a multi-site

Qualifications

• Experience providing desktop IT support in a corporate environment.
• Excellent knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Office applications.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure, image, build, and deploy desktop equipment per standards.
• Install and maintain desktop hardware and peripherals for end users.
• Provide first-line desktop support for office and remote staff.
• Assist with office moves and workstation setup.
• Support incident management within SLAs and escalate when needed.
• Support mobile devices and MFA/applications.
• Maintain meeting room tech and AV equipment.
