Job summary

XMA in Leeds is seeking an Onsite Support Analyst to join our team, supporting the delivery, setup and deployment of IT equipment. You’ll ensure devices reach the right users and are ready to use, while assisting with asset management and day-to-day IT administration.

This role involves coordinating deliveries with couriers, logging assets, updating ITSM systems and providing friendly, face-to-face support across onsite locations.

Qualifications

• Reliability, organisation and a customer-focused mindset.
• Experience in delivering or moving equipment, ideally IT/technical.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Confident, approachable customer-service style and proactive attitude.
• Willingness to travel regularly across onsite locations.

Responsibilities

• Delivering and collecting IT devices across multiple onsite locations.
• Preparing devices for deployment, including builds where required.
• Installing and setting up equipment for end users.
• Providing a friendly and professional handover experience.
• Receiving and organising incoming IT equipment.
• Liaising with couriers regarding deliveries, collections and returns.
• Ensuring IT assets are logged, stored and tracked.
• Supporting quarterly inventory counts and asset reconciliation.
• Keeping the workshop organised and maintained to a high standard.
• Updating ITSM systems with delivery statuses, asset information and user interactions.
• Responding to end-user queries relating to device delivery, collection and setup.
