Job summary

XMA in the UK is seeking an Onsite Support Analyst to join our team, supporting the delivery, setup and deployment of IT equipment. You’ll ensure devices reach the right users and are ready to go, while also supporting asset management, IT administration and day-to-day user queries.

You’ll work across multiple onsite locations, travel regularly, provide a friendly, professional handover experience and help keep IT assets logged and well maintained in our ITSM systems.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering or moving IT equipment.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Customer-service oriented with face-to-face interaction.
• Ability to balance hands-on work with admin duties.
• Willingness to travel regularly across locations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and collect IT devices across multiple onsite locations.
• Prepare devices for deployment and perform builds when required.
• Install and set up equipment for end users.
• Provide a friendly and professional handover experience.
• Receive and organise incoming IT equipment.
• Liaise with couriers for deliveries and returns.
• Log, store and track IT assets accurately.
• Support quarterly inventory counts and asset reconciliation.
• Keep the workshop organized and maintained.
• Update ITSM systems with delivery statuses and interactions.
• Respond to end-user queries about delivery, collection and setup.
