Job summary

2 Sisters Food Group in Grimsby is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to provide day-to-day HR support on site. You will be a key contact for employees and managers, handling casework and supporting recruitment and payroll activities.

The role requires CIPD Level 5 or equivalent, excellent communication, and experience in manufacturing environments. You will work with the broader HR team to deliver a proactive HR service.

Qualifications

• Experience as HR Advisor or similar role.
• Manages employee relations from start to finish.
• Experience handling disciplinaries, grievances, investigations, appeals and suspensions.
• Manufacturing/FMCG environment experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for HR queries on site.
• Own employee relations casework from start to finish.
• Handle disciplinaries, grievances, investigations, appeals and suspensions.
• Coach managers on HR policies and best practice.
• Support recruitment coordination and onboarding.
• Assist payroll queries and processes with accuracy.
• Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
• Collaborate with the HR team to deliver a consistent service.
• Support site-wide HR initiatives and projects.
