Job summary

Xerox Holdings Corporation in Doncaster is seeking an onsite service technician to perform proactive and reactive maintenance on a fleet of Xerox and partner devices. You will manage consumables, perform on-site repairs, and ensure customer satisfaction through proactive service delivery.

The role requires a clean driving licence, strong IT environment knowledge, and a proactive, customer-facing approach with good technical aptitude. Training and ongoing development are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer facing technical service role.
• Advanced knowledge of client IT environment and site products.
• Demonstrates a proactive approach to work with initiative and drive.
• Clean Driving Licence is required.
• Good technical and/or electrical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Carries out regular preventative maintenance checks on client fleet of machines and devices.
• Replenishes consumables and maintains inventory.
• Maintains log of all on-site activities, including parts inventory.
• Keeps devices and surroundings clean and orderly.
• Performs first level repairs and escalates to next level of maintenance when needed.
• Ensures SLA is achieved and customer requirements are met.
• Supports knowledge sharing and mentors/coach juniors when applicable.
