Job summary

Pure Talent Group is seeking an experienced site-based Photocopier Engineer to join our busy technical services team in the United Kingdom. You will install, configure, optimise HP and Xerox multifunction printers, perform break-fix support, and maintain documentation and SLAs.

The role requires hands-on engineering, strong diagnostic skills, and the ability to work independently at customer sites or as part of a field team. HP/Xerox experience and networking knowledge are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience with HP/Xerox copiers and production print devices.
• Solid understanding of print servers, networking protocols, and queue management.
• Ability to interpret technical manuals, service bulletins, and diagnostic tools.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and optimise HP and Xerox printers and copiers at customer sites.
• Provide break‑fix support for hardware, software, and network print issues.
• Perform preventative and scheduled maintenance.
