Qualifications

• Experience with electro‑mechanical systems and using a multimeter for troubleshooting.
• Strong time management and reliability; able to meet service deadlines.
• Valid driver's license with appropriate insurance coverage.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and driving long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service to clients; ensure devices operate correctly at all times.
• Use electro‑mechanical skills to repair devices; Xerox provides training and courses.
• Meet productivity goals: 5 calls per day, 50%+ first-time fix rate, 2–4 hour response time, minimize parts cost.
