Mitie in the United Kingdom is seeking a Facilities Co-ordinator to be the on-site point of contact for facilities operations, supporting colleagues, contractors and visitors while upholding safety, compliance and service standards.

You will work closely with multiple Mitie teams to coordinate activities, manage site compliance, inductions and RAMS reviews, and help create a safe, welcoming and efficient workplace for everyone.

Formación

• Experience in facilities management or workplace experience.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety and contractor management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary point of contact for on-site facilities requests and support colleagues with hard and soft services issues.
• Coordinate site compliance activities, inductions, RAMS reviews, audits and safety checks.
• Support health and safety compliance by managing first aid, fire wardens, drills and COSHH documentation.
• Monitor planned and reactive maintenance activities, ensuring safe and complete works with proper documentation.
• Maintain site records, logbooks and compliance documentation while supporting client visits and audits.
