Job summary

AWD online is seeking an IT Support Engineer to provide scheduled onsite support to schools across Swindon and surrounding areas. You will troubleshoot hardware, software and classroom technology, while building trusted customer relationships.

You will work with Windows PCs, Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID and networking, with occasional travel to customer sites and DBS checks as required. A full UK driving license is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows PCs and common business apps.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Intune and cloud services.
• Familiarity with Entra ID and SharePoint.
• Understanding of networking, wireless, backups or cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Onsite technical support visits to schools and education sites.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, accounts and classroom tech.
• Manage tickets, notes and time entries with clear communication.
• Support Microsoft 365 apps, Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint.
• Assist with deployments, device refreshes and cloud projects.
• Maintain documentation and report risks or improvements.
