Job summary

RM Education is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join a school-based onsite team in delivering first-class technical help. You will troubleshoot and resolve IT issues, support teachers and learners, and contribute to improving learning through reliable technology.

The role emphasizes customer service, collaboration with the service desk, and adherence to ITIL practices. Working onsite, you will handle desktop and peripheral support, basic networking, and reporting of incidents.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer focus, problem solving and time management.
• Excellent communication both verbally and written.
• Punctual and able to prioritise own workload.
• Able to diagnose and troubleshoot issues and escalate when needed.
• Able to work well with remote teams and build strong relationships.

Responsibilities

• Be the customer face of RM, ensuring our customers receive great service.
• Assist the service desk with the delivery of the IT managed support service.
• Provide school-based users with technical assistance and report service issues according to service desk policies.
