Job summary

Computeam is an education technology provider delivering managed IT services to 500+ schools across the UK. We are seeking a driven IT support professional to assist hundreds of schools, monitor service boards, visit sites, and keep documentation up to date.

You will work with networks (LAN/WAN), Active Directory, Office 365, Azure AD, and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V). Some travel to schools and regional offices is expected.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in a relevant field.
• Certification in Networking (e.g. CCNA) and/or Microsoft.
• Hands-on knowledge of firewalls and HP Aruba switches.
• Current network troubleshooting skills with LAN & WAN.
• Experience with Windows Active Directory, Office 365 and Azure AD.
• VMware or Hyper-V clustering experience is beneficial.
• Experience with recent Microsoft Server builds.

Responsibilities

• Monitor service board and progress accordingly.
• Reactive site visits at client sites to resolve issues.
• Maintain clear communication to team and clients.
• Assist account managers by responding to queries regarding sites.
• Keep internal documentation up to date to aid team learning.
