You will engage with customers on-site or remotely when needed, evaluate requirements, and help convert surveys into approved quotations.

• Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in field-based or on-site environments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a commitment to customer service.
• Comfortable working independently, managing time, and travelling to customer locations.
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities and objective assessment.

Responsibilities

• Site Surveys & Assessments: Conduct on-site/off-site surveys and assess requirements.
• Quotations: Prepare quotations and convert quotes into orders where possible.
• Customer Experience & Relationship Management: Act as primary contact for customers during solution establishment and ensure satisfaction.
• Collaboration & Service Delivery: Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, Engineers and ARC teams for delivery.
• Documentation & Continuous Improvement: Keep records and identify improvement opportunities.
