Job summary

DeterTech in the Luton area is seeking a Customer Solutions Specialist to deliver a professional customer experience across our client base, conducting site surveys and post-incident assessments to understand needs and propose effective solutions.

You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Success and Engineering, manage site visits, prepare quotations, and ensure smooth handovers from survey to installation and ongoing service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple surveys and quotations.
• Professional representation of DeterTech in customer environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site and off-site surveys for customers.
• Prepare and issue quotations after surveys.
• Coordinate customer requirements with Sales and Operations.
• Maintain accurate records of site visits and interactions.
• Support handover between survey, installation and ongoing service.
