Job summary

Panaz Limited, based in Burnley, is seeking a proactive Customer & Sales Advisor to deliver exceptional service across email, phone and digital channels. The role is onsite at our Burnley HQ and includes a competitive salary with a quarterly bonus, 37.5 hours per week and 33 days holiday.

You will advise customers on our product range, process sales and sample orders, and collaborate with warehousing, supply chain and sales to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and sales.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Comfortable with CRM systems, order management tools, and general IT applications.
• Organised and adaptable, able to manage shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Be the friendly, professional voice for customers across multiple channels.
• Provide expert advice on our product range to help customers make informed decisions.
• Accurately process sales and sample orders, coordinating with logistics for timely delivery.

• Collaborate with warehousing, supply chain and sales to track and manage orders.
