Job summary

Personnel Selection in Farnham is looking for a Sales and Customer Support Advisor to provide outstanding service and advice to a range of customers, primarily face to face in our new store.

You will handle customer enquiries by phone and in person, convert queries into orders, and share product knowledge to upsell where appropriate. You’ll join a small, friendly team and receive training, a discretionary annual bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales roles.
• Confident with approaching customers and turning inquiries into orders.
• Good IT skills and ability to learn in-house systems.

Responsibilities
