Job summary

ArvatoConnect in Datchet is seeking a Customer Resolutions Advisor to own cases from initial contact to resolution, with thorough investigation and well-reasoned outcomes in line with SLAs.

The role is a 6-month FTC with potential to go permanent, 40 hours per week (Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm), with hybrid work after onboarding (2 days on-site). Start date is 12 October 2026; full training and support are provided.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a complaints handling role is essential.
• Strong investigative skills and ability to follow processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of customer complaints and resolve in line with SLAs.
• Receive inbound calls and manage email correspondence professionally.
• Investigate and provide well-reasoned outcomes to customers.
• Maintain high levels of service and accuracy in all tasks.
• Collaborate with internal teams and client to gather information.
