Job summary

Pertemps Logistic Contracts is seeking an experienced recruitment consultant to join our team in Normanton, Wakefield. The role reports to the Senior Contract Manager and operates Monday to Friday with flexible hours, ideally part time.

You will place adverts, screen applications, onboard candidates, perform right-to-work checks and manage CRM/Unity systems to support warehouse hiring across sites. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential.

Qualifications

Previous recruitment experience is required.
Experience placing adverts and screening applications.
Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
Excellent organisation and prioritisation abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

Place adverts and monitor applications for warehouse candidates across the sites.
Answer recruitment enquiries.
Screen, process and onboard candidates for induction and training.
Complete right to work checks for all candidates.
Monitor and manage performance of warehouse colleagues.
Ensure accuracy throughout the recruitment process.
Manage CRM, Online Candidate Portal and Unity systems.
Produce reports on worker information including sickness and attendance.
Engage with colleagues daily to boost performance.
