Job summary

Talent in London is seeking a Junior Technical Support Analyst for a 9–12 month contract, onsite at Canary Wharf. You will deliver 1st and 2nd line support across Microsoft technologies while helping manage incidents, requests and service tickets via ServiceNow.

You will support Microsoft 365, Teams, Windows and Active Directory environments, assist with hardware deployment and asset management, and work with UK and international colleagues to maintain a high-quality IT service.

Qualifications

• Around 3–5 years' experience in an enterprise IT support environment.
• Experience providing 1st/2nd line support and managing incidents.
• Strong customer-focused communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Microsoft technologies and ITSM tooling.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support across Microsoft technologies
• Manage and resolve incidents, requests and service tickets using ServiceNow
• Support Microsoft 365, Teams, Windows and Active Directory environments
• Assist with hardware deployment, onboarding and asset management activities
• Support user account administration and access requests
• Work closely with UK and international colleagues to deliver excellent customer service
• Maintain accurate documentation and knowledge articles
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the support function
