Job summary

WPR in London is seeking an IT Support Analyst on a 12-month contract to join its IT function. The role provides 1st and 2nd line support to around 900 users across client environments, with an initial office-based setup before moving to hybrid.

The ideal candidate has up to 3 years of IT support experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory and Exchange; Citrix is a plus.

Qualifications

• Up to 3 years' experience within an IT support/service desk environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with experience providing 1st and/or 2nd line support
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory and/or Exchange; Citrix experience would be beneficial
• Comfortable working predominantly on-site and keen to develop across a broad technology environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to approximately 900 users across multiple client environments
• Troubleshoot and resolve a broad range of hardware, software, access and technical issues
• Support users across different client locations, adapting to varied requirements and priorities
• Work across a technology stack including Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Exchange and Citrix
