Job summary

A digital enablement solutions provider in the UK is seeking a full-time Onsite AV Support Technician. Responsibilities include supporting AV and Video Conferencing equipment, covering staff absences, and providing event support. The ideal candidate will have skills in troubleshooting videoconferencing hardware, excellent organizational and communication abilities, and flexibility in handling various tasks. Qualifications

• Ability to troubleshoot audio and video issues with videoconferencing systems.
• Experience operating PA systems, projectors, and room control systems.
• Strong organizational and time management skills for handling last-minute requests.

Responsibilities

• Cover Onsite Staff during holidays and absences.
• Provide maintenance support of Audio Visual and Video Conferencing equipment.
• Event support including setup and operation of AV equipment.

Videoconference hardware operation

PA and projection systems operation

Intermediate IT knowledge

Excellent organizational skills

Ability to impart knowledge

Education

Avixa CTS certification (advantageous)
