Job summary

proAV are an established global AV integrator recruiting an Onsite Technician for our Manchester team. You will represent proAV on site, support VC/AV users, handle fault resolution, and assist with event setup and coordination across client sites.

You will work within an expanding operation that values proactive service, efficiency, and strong liaison with client IT and FM teams, with opportunities for development and training.

Qualifications

• Experience in providing technical support for VC/AV users.
• Onsite service delivery with a focus on reliability and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to manage basic stock and administration related to engineering contracts.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to VC/AV users and ensure seamless service delivery.
• Locate faults and provide first fix resolutions for AV systems.
• Manage consumables and stock holding of onsite spares.
• Coordinate with client IT & FM teams for daily tasks and events.
• Assist with setting up events, presentations and conferences.
