Job summary

Peaple Talent is seeking an AV Technical Support Engineer in Greater London. This hands-on role involves diagnosing and resolving AV/VC issues at various customer sites across the UK and Europe. Responsibilities include managing support tickets, troubleshooting, and supporting live projects. Ideal candidates will have AV/VC support experience, a strong knowledge of AV systems like Crestron and Poly, and a clean UK driving license. The position includes benefits such as 25 days holiday and all travel expenses covered.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in AV/VC support across multiple sites.
• Comfortable working independently and taking full ownership of issues.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft 365 is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Attend customer sites to diagnose and resolve AV/VC issues.
• Carry out investigations, fault-finding, and installation support.
• Own support tickets from receipt to full resolution.

Skills

AV/VC support experience

Knowledge of AV systems (Crestron, Poly, Shure, display technologies)

Proactive troubleshooting

Familiarity with Microsoft 365

Clean UK driving licence
