Electrosonic seeks an experienced AV Technician to deliver on-site AV and VC support across client sites in the UK. You will operate, troubleshoot and maintain video conferencing, meeting room technology and control systems, ensuring minimal downtime and high service quality.

You will diagnose faults, perform first-line repairs, and maintain strong customer relations while upholding safety and documentation standards. CTS-certified or pursuing certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• CTS qualification or willingness to work towards certification.
• Strong knowledge of AV and VC systems and their components.
• Experience in testing, fault finding, servicing and maintaining AV systems.
• Familiarity with touchscreen and web-based technologies.
• Experience with IP- and telephony-based VC systems.
• Proven history of delivering excellent customer service in fast-paced environments.
• Highly organized, adaptable and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide onsite AV meeting room support, including operation, troubleshooting and maintenance of VC and display tech.
• Diagnose faults, perform first-line repairs, and ensure high meeting room performance.
• Respond to customer requests promptly and professionally per SLAs.
• Maintain cable management, safety and cleanliness across service areas.
• Support high-profile meetings with reliable technical expertise.
• Keep accurate records of client hardware and share knowledge with colleagues.
• Ensure documentation is up to date and work meets quality standards.
• Work safely in compliance with company policies.
