Job summary

Accept Recruitment is seeking an On-Site Account Manager in Dordon, Tamworth to own a busy on-site recruitment operation. You will be the key contact for a valued client, working with our Industrial Team to deliver excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

The role covers client management, recruitment, workforce planning, compliance and day-to-day operational duties, with responsibilities ranging from candidate onboarding to payroll data accuracy and KPI monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Owning recruitment operation on-site and ensuring client/workforce needs are met.
• Manage client relationships and communicate with clients and temporary workers.
• Recruit, screen, register and onboard candidates; assist with site tours and inductions.
• Manage worker attendance, holidays, satisfaction and retention.
• Ensure payroll details and CRM records are accurate and up-to-date.
• Monitor KPIs, performance statistics, and recruitment advertising.

Accept Recruitment is looking for a driven, organised and people-focused On-Site Account Manager to join our team in Dordon, Tamworth.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced recruitment environment, building strong client relationships and managing a large temporary workforce.

You will be the key point of contact for one of our valued clients, working closely with our Industrial Team and Branch Manager to deliver an excellent service.

The role combines client management, recruitment, workforce planning, compliance and day-to-day operational management, so no two days will be the same.

What You'll Be Doing

As our On-Site Account Manager, you will take ownership of the recruitment operation, including:

• Managing the client relationship and maintaining regular communication with clients and temporary workers.
• Understanding workforce requirements, fulfilling bookings and managing the temporary workforce.
• Recruiting, screening, registering and onboarding candidates, including supporting site tours and inductions.
• Managing worker attendance, absence, holidays, satisfaction and retention.
• Ensuring payroll information, assignment details and CRM records are accurate and completed on time.
• Monitoring recruitment advertising, KPIs and performance statistics.
• Resolving client and worker queries quickly and professionally.

Compliance & On-Site Management

You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of compliance, including:

• Ensuring Right to Work and onboarding documentation is accurate and compliant.
• Maintaining PPE records and completing regular stock checks.
• Supporting Health & Safety, site tour and induction procedures.
• Participating in client meetings and following relevant legislation and company procedures.

What We're Looking For

You'll ideally have:

• Previous recruitment, account management, on-site or workforce management experience.
• Strong communication, organisation and relationship-building skills.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive, solutions-focused and results-driven approach.
• Confidence dealing with clients and temporary workers.
• Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Essential Requirements

• Full UK driving licence.
• Flexibility around working hours when required.
• Willingness to travel when required.
