Job description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Account Manager to manage two large on-site Industrial accounts based in Birmingham for a large Recruitment Agency. This highly respected, award-winning National Agency continues to go from strength to strength and is skilled at winning and running on-site businesses for major customers. You will have the support and backing of professionals in their field.

You will be expected to resource and interview all of the temporary workforce required for this Industrial Logistics Agency contract. The labour required is mainly industrial.

As the Account Manager, you will be required to check staff in and out of their shifts and backfill if required. You will be responsible for all administrative duties related to running on-site contracts, including payroll, holding regular meetings with clients to ensure smooth operations, and adhering to PSL agreements. Flexibility with working hours is necessary, as some shifts may require checking in outside standard hours.

Ideally, you will have previous experience servicing an On-Site Industrial Recruitment Contract and be a driver due to the nature of the work.

You must be organized, possess a positive can-do attitude, and have good administrative and communication skills. The ability to work autonomously and be self-sufficient, with experience recruiting high volumes of staff, is essential.

This is a fabulous opportunity for an Experienced On-Site Consultant or an Industrial Consultant looking to move into an On-Site role.
