Job summary

Accept Recruitment is seeking an On-Site Account Manager in Tamworth to own and operate a busy client account at a site in Dordon, Tamworth. You will manage the temporary workforce, coordinate bookings and onboarding, and work closely with the Industrial Team and Branch Manager to deliver exceptional service.

The role requires proactive client liaison, workforce planning, compliance, and day-to-day operational management in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, account management or workforce management.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationship and communicate with clients and temporary workers.
• Coordinate workforce requirements, bookings and onboarding.
• Recruit, screen, register and onboard candidates, support site tours.
• Monitor attendance, holidays and retention; ensure payroll data accuracy.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and KPIs.
• Participate in compliance and health & safety procedures.
