ASDA seeks an Online Manager in Sheffield Drakehouse to lead the day-to-day online operation in-store, keeping vans on the road and customers satisfied. You will oversee the online shrink agenda, implement structured processes, and validate picker and driver resources through effective rota planning to ensure picking accuracy and consistency.

• Experience as Team Leader, Supervisor, or Manager in online retail or fast-paced store operations.
• Strong planning, coaching, and people management skills.
• Ability to drive processes, data-led decisions and improve availability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the store's online operation, ensuring a smooth picking and delivery process.
• Plan and implement rota/resource needs for pickers and drivers to maintain accuracy.
