Job summary

ASDA in Newton Abbot is recruiting an Online Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of our online store-in-store service. You’ll keep the team engaged, ensure vans run on time and customers are delighted.

You’ll own the online shrink agenda with structured processes and data-driven decisions, while validating picker and driver resources through rota planning to maintain high picking accuracy and consistent online service.

Qualifications

• Experience as Team Leader, Supervisor or Manager in a complex Online retail environment.
• Operational knowledge of online retail operations and workflow.
• Ability to drive improvements in availability, picking rate and shrink reduction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the online shrink agenda with structured processes and data-led decisions.
• Validate picker and driver resource for the store through effective rota planning to ensure accuracy.
