Qualifications

• Experience as Team Leader, Supervisor or Manager in a complex Online retail environment.
• Operational knowledge on Online retail environment.
• Knowledge of improving availability, picking rate, reducing waste, and managing shrink.
• Experience developing teams and managing change through leadership and building resilience.
• Strong organisational skills and great customer service.
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the online operation to keep the store connected with customers.
• Plan and validate rota resource for pickers and drivers to ensure smooth online service.
• Drive picking accuracy and shrink reduction to maintain consistent online performance.
• Lead and develop the online team, embedding a culture of service, ownership, and continuous improvement.
