Job summary

Asda in Eastleigh is seeking an Online Manager to oversee the store's online operation, keep the team engaged, ensure vans are on the road, and deliver excellent customer service.

You will lead the online shrink agenda with structured processes and data-led decisions, validate picker and driver resources through rota planning, and strive for high picking accuracy to ensure consistency in the online operation.

Qualifications

• Experience as Team Leader, Supervisor or Manager in a complex Online retail environment.
• Operational knowledge on Online retail environment.
• Knowledge of improving availability, picking rate, reducing waste, and managing shrink.
• Experience developing teams and managing change through leadership and building resilience.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the online shrink agenda with structured processes and data-led decisions.
• Validate picker and driver resource for the store through effective rota planning making sure the team is driving picking accuracy to guarantee consistency on the online operation.
