You will coordinate with warehouse and finance to ensure smooth order fulfilment and exceptional service. The role requires strong communication, organisational ability, and confidence when dealing with customers.

Qualifications

• Ability to organise and manage multiple tasks independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage all online and web sales channels.
• Enter sales orders accurately into the system.
• Proactively call existing customers with promotions.
• Verify credit checks or collect correct payment with orders.
• Provide warehouse with correct picking information.
• Handle daily invoicing for online orders.
• Address customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
• Answer the telephone without undue delay.
