Job summary

Access Garage Doors Ltd in Crawley is seeking a Credit Controller & Administrator to join our busy team. The role combines credit control, accounts receivable and general administration, with duties also covering warranty claims with customers and manufacturers.

You will manage customer accounts, chase overdue payments, perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate records, while providing support across the business in a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• Credit control and administrative experience.
• Confident and professional when discussing outstanding accounts.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Organised and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Experience with warranty claims and suppliers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Managing credit control and proactively chasing outstanding customer accounts.
• Monitoring aged debt and following up overdue invoices.
• Allocating BACS receipts and maintaining accurate customer account records.
• Carrying out bank reconciliations.
• Undertaking customer credit searches and checks.
• Setting up and maintaining new customer accounts.
• Managing product warranty claims from initial enquiry through to resolution.
• Liaising with customers, manufacturers and suppliers regarding warranty claims.
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation.
• Providing general administrative support to the wider business.
