Capital Garage Doors is seeking an experienced Credit Controller & Admin Assistant in Crawley, West Sussex. You will manage accounts receivable, credit control, and warranties with manufacturers. Full product training provided.

Qualifications

• Previous credit control and administrator experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Organised and detail-oriented.
• Able to work independently and manage your own workload.
• Good IT skills, including email and Microsoft Office.
• Experience within garage doors, construction, home improvements or trade-related industries.
• Sage 200 experience desirable but training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Banking including allocating BACS receipts.
• Credit searches.
• Opening new accounts.
• Dealing with product warranties liaising with customer and supplier.
• General office administration.
