A charitable hospice in Pontefract is seeking part-time Online Sales Assistants to manage online sales on platforms like eBay. The role involves researching, photographing, and dispatching items while providing excellent customer service. Ideal candidates will have experience in online retail, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. This position offers training and development opportunities while contributing to vital hospice services in the community.
To list items on eBay and other online platforms and ensure prompt and safe dispatch. To maximise profit to support the operation of the Hospice, the Online Sales Assistant will be responsible for delivering digital sales targets, and working alongside a team of both paid staff and volunteers.
Working alongside paid staff and volunteers, you will be responsible for researching, photographing, listing, selling and dispatching items efficiently while delivering excellent customer service and meeting digital sales targets.
We provide specialist palliative care in a supportive and respectful environment. Our 14‑bed inpatient unit, located just minutes from Junction 32 of the M62 in Pontefract, also offers outpatient and community services, including a successful Lymphoedema clinic.
